Intellectual Property

CloudCard retains all rights to our platform, technology, and branding. You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to host, display, and process it to provide our services.

• Payment is due at time of purchase
• We use Stripe for payment processing
• Refunds subject to our return policy

Shipping and Delivery

Service Availability

CloudCard is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Termination does not affect already-purchased physical products.
